-Place an order before 12pm to receive local pickup on the same day.
–Minimum order of $15 for local Pickup.
– Local Pick Up Hours: Monday to Saturday 2pm-5pm*

*Please note Local pick-up is a curbside service only. Our facilities are not open to the public.

Daily – Except Sundays
Fedex Shipping Days
Fedex Express Monday – Tuesday
Fedex 2 day – Monday – Wednesday
FedEx Overnight – Monday – Thursday
–Shipping Days: This means the days that your package will be in transit once we ship it out.
– Handling time: This means the amount of time that we have your order on hand at our facility before it is shipped. We aim to get all packages out the next shipping day. However this time can vary, please plan accordingly.
– A tracking email, with a tracking number will be sent to the email used at check out once the order has been shipped.
1. Temps Low/Highs are between 55 and 85 on the day of delivery.
-Message us of issues within 1hr if delivered to home or within 24hrs if Held for Pickup
2. Package is Held For Pick-up when temps are Below 55 and Above 85.
-The package is picked up within 24hrs of Arrival at the post office and messaged within 24hrs of delivery
FedEx Overnight is Required for Live Arrival Guarantee on all Non-Feeder Exotic Insects: Isopods, Tarantulas, Spiders, Mantis, Millipedes, Centipedes, Exotic Roaches.
1. All customers using FedEx Services get an extended 10-day health guarantee.
2. Order Fedex Overnight and your insects are covered 0-100 degrees!

All overnight packages receive:
Free Heat and Cold Packs (As needed)
Package Lost in transit covered 100%
Package crushed or damaged covered 100%

We offer an amazing Live Arrival Guarantee Policy and monitor it for possible abuse. Any Abuse will result in account closure, banning, and the right to refuse and cancel all future orders.
If you would like to cancel an order, or make changes to an order please email us at customer.service@tcinsects.com as soon as possible. It can take up to 24hrs for our customer service team to receive your email. It is possible that the order can ship during that time. Please double-check your order address and add-ons before submitting.
